The site works okay overall, but it was kind of hard to describe—just a bit clunky to get around. I eventually found what I needed, but it took longer than I expected.

I’m not sure what happened with this baton, but the balance feels completely off. It’s awkward to hold and even worse to use, which is impressive for something that’s supposed to feel smooth in your hand. Not exactly the effortless experience I was hoping for...

I’ve had this for a while now, and I expected it to show some wear by now. I’ve dropped it a couple times, which usually makes me assume something is going to crack or loosen, but so far it’s still solid. No weird rattling or broken parts yet. I’m still kind of waiting for something to go wrong, but for now I’m happy with it.

The site looks alright overall and it’s easy enough to browse. I’m assuming they’ve kept the design simple on purpose, since the colors and layout are clean, which I do like. But it gives off this slightly older feel, like it hasn’t been updated in a while. Nothing is really bad or hard to use, it just doesn’t feel especially modern or smooth. It works fine, but I wouldn’t say it stands out.

"A bit pricey, but it was okay"
I’ll be honest, the prices on mollard.com felt higher than I expected. Once everything was added up, I kind of had that moment where I wondered if it was really worth it for what I was getting.
That said, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and I can see how it might work for some people. I just don’t think I’d rush to order again without checking other prices first.

The baton cracked way faster than I expected and just feels cheap overall. I tried to get some help with it, but I felt like I was being passed around without anyone really taking care of the issue. Disappointing purchase

I didn’t have the best experience with mollard.com. For me, the whole process felt more frustrating than it needed to be, and I came away disappointed. Maybe others had a better time with it, but based on my own experience, it’s not something I’d be quick to use again.

I’ll be honest, I’m not the most patient person when it comes to online ordering, so this definitely bugged me. The site technically worked, but the whole process felt clunky. Pages were loading slowly, and at one point checkout froze, so I had to re-enter my info, which was really frustrating. I did finally get the order confirmation, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t smooth. Personally, I’d expect better.

The site is okay overall and it does work, but as someone still new to this, I felt a little lost in a few spots. The information is there, so I can’t say they didn’t include it, but they kind of make you figure too much out on your own. Not terrible or anything, but they could definitely explain things in a simpler way for beginners.

I was really disappointed when the box showed up crushed and beat up. The items inside barely seemed protected at all, which was frustrating because I had planned to use them that day and ended up having to change everything around. Definitely not the experience I was expecting

I ordered my usual size from mollard.com, but it turned up smaller than I expected. The item itself looked fine, but the fit just didn’t match what the size chart suggested, which makes me wonder if the sizing info is a bit off. Kind of frustrating to have to sort out a return over something that should’ve been clearer.
